I currently teach kindergarten but have previously taught first and second grade. I received my Bachelor’s Degree from The
University of Memphis in Human Development & Learning (Early Childhood Education) and am certified pre-k through 3rd
grade. I am currently finishing up my
Master’s of Education degree in Innovation and Education through Webster University and am planning to pursue my doctoral degree in the near future!
I am happily married to the love of my life and am the proud mother of a three-year-old daughter
named Gracie. I love spending time
with my family and my two cats, Hercules and Xena. Also, I love to get my hands on a good book! I dabble in organic gardening, and spend most of my time these days surfing the internet, stalking blogs and Pinterest for creative ideas to incorporate into my classroom!
