Earth Day Subtraction Practice {Free Printable}

I literally spent a solid hour teaching my sweet ones how to subtract with regrouping today!  I probably went way above the expectations of our second grade math curriculum but my kids were addicted! They got a little carried away with excitement when they really started to understand the process.  I have never in my life seen children beg for more math problems!  I think I even saw one of my boys tear up when I finally cut them off....

Here is a little practice page I whipped together this afternoon for them.  I plan on giving it to them in the morning to use as a formative assessment.  Nothing fancy but it will do the trick.

Click {HERE} to grab your own copy. Leave me a comment below if you'd like me to change up the problems a bit to fit the needs of your classroom.  :)

**Update:  As requested, I created another version of this subtraction freebie that does not include regrouping.  Click {HERE} to see the post and download your copy.
