Let's Tackle Math! {Freebie included!}

Any football fans out there?  Believe me I've got a room full of them!  In celebration of the upcoming "Super Sunday" I created this pack to help us practice some of those important CCSS math skills.
It includes 10 math activities:

-What's the Score? Counting How Many CCSS K.CC.5
-Game Time! Comparing Numbers - CCSS K.CC4a, K.CC.4b, K.CC4c, K.CC.6
-Touchdown 10's: Combining Numbers to Make 10 CCSS K.OA.4

-Team Player Poof! Addition Fact Fluency to 5 CCSS K.OA.5
-Touchdown Time (Hour and Half Hour) CCSS 1.MD.3
-Megaphone Measurement (Length) CCSS K.MD.2, 1.MD.2
-Kicking Off with Tens and Ones (Place Value 10-19) CCSS K.NBT.1, 1.NBT.1
-Cards for Counting by 1's, 2's, 5's, 10's CCSS K.CC.1
-Matching Number Words to Symbols (1-10)

  6. So wish I had been in the top 2! Especially as a teacher in San Francisco, the Super Bowl is going to be a big deal for my kiddos this year! This pack looks great!

  8. I wasn't planning on doing anything football related this week but now that I see your great activities, I'm beginning to rethink my decision. I'm going to through in a whole group graphing activity tomorrow and see if my kiddos like football, watch the superbowl, and would liket to play around with some football style learning. Thanks for sharing!
